CORPORATE DIRECTORS GROUP

The Corporate Directors Group is an organization exclusively for directors and CEO's of public companies. The purpose of the organization is to allow public company directors and CEO's the opportunity to meet, network and learn.  The organization sponsors a series of director education venues across the country where members have an opportunity to be briefed by experts in the field of corporate governance and responsibility, audit practices and executive  compensation issues. 

These venues allow members to meet, network and learn. Additionally, in 2007, the organization was accredited by RiskMetrics Group's ISS Governance Services, and currently sponsors a series of 1 day, 8 hour, ISS accredited courses. 

Further, the Corporate Directors Group offers a Professional Director Certification, a unique director education credential for those members who  complete the organizations certification process; this includes Corporate Directors Group education venues and ISS approved director education courses. 

There is no charge for membership.
